THE WORKOUT

  • Reformer Pilates at Sculpture is one of the most effective methods to build strength, stability, and body awareness.

Every movement is performed with precision and full muscle engagement. It may sound gentle, but it's incredibly intense.

You’ll activate deep muscles, feel the effect instantly, and see real results.

Our method combines the fundamentals of bodybuilding with the precision of Pilates — a 50 minute full-body workout with a sharp focus on your core.

  • Your body knows best — trust it.
Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable. Other weeks, rest is part of the progress.

Stay consistent & kind to yourself — we recommend 3 to 4 classes per week.

  • Courses at Sculpure last 50 minutes.

While the main focus is on the core, every session is a full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge you from head to toe.
